Terms and Conditions
Terms of use for mavigrowth.com and the MAVI Audit digital audit, available at app.mavigrowth.com.
Last updated: October 13, 2026 · Version 1.0 · This is a translation for convenience; the Spanish version prevails.
1. Who we are and what these terms apply to
The mavigrowth.com website and the platform app.mavigrowth.com (together, "the Service") are operated by Mavi Growth, tax ID (NIT) 1067945083-1, domiciled in Medellín, Colombia (hereinafter "MAVI"). Contact: contacto@mavigrowth.com.
These terms govern access to and use of the Service, including the digital product MAVI Audit in its two versions: the initial audit and the full audit. By creating an account, requesting an audit or making a purchase, you declare that you have read and accept these terms, the Refund Policy and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. What MAVI Audit is
MAVI Audit is a 100% digital and automated product. Based on the link and description you provide, the platform looks up public information about your business and generates a report with the help of artificial intelligence services.
- Initial audit: free of charge. It evaluates the dimensions of the business that can be seen from the outside.
- Full audit: one-time payment. It adds a questionnaire, additional analysis and an action plan, viewable on the platform and downloadable as a PDF.
The Service does not include calls, meetings, personalized consulting, implementation of the recommendations or any service performed by people. Other MAVI services are contracted separately and governed by their own agreements.
3. Who may use the Service and your account
To use the Service you must be of legal age and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts. If you act on behalf of a company, you declare that you are authorized to bind it.
Access is granted with a code sent to your email. You are responsible for keeping control of that email and for all activity carried out from your account. Let us know immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.
4. Permitted use
You agree to use the Service in good faith and only to analyze businesses you own or are authorized to analyze. It is prohibited to:
- Analyze third-party businesses or profiles without authorization, or use the results to harass, defame or compete unfairly.
- Automate requests, circumvent usage limits, or attempt to access other people's accounts, data or systems.
- Resell, sublicense or provide the Service to third parties as your own, or copy, decompile or extract how it works.
- Provide false or unlawful information or information that infringes third-party rights.
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
MAVI applies usage limits (for example, a maximum number of audits per day) and may change them. MAVI may suspend or cancel, without refund, accounts that breach this clause.
5. How the report is prepared and its scope
The report is built with information that is public and available at the time of the analysis (website, public social media profiles, maps and search engine listings) and, in the full audit, with the answers you provide. You understand and accept that:
- Third-party platforms may limit, block or change access to their information. Some measurements may be unavailable, and the report will say so.
- Public figures change over time; the report reflects the moment it was generated.
- The content is generated automatically with artificial intelligence and may contain errors, omissions or inaccuracies. You should verify it before making decisions.
- The report is for guidance only. It does not constitute legal, accounting, tax, financial or investment advice, nor does it replace a professional's judgment.
- MAVI does not guarantee commercial, sales, ranking or growth results from the report or its recommendations.
You declare that the information you provide is truthful and that you have the right to provide it. Decisions you make based on the report are your sole responsibility.
6. Price, promotions and payment
The initial audit requires no payment. The price of the full audit is the one shown on the platform at the time of purchase, in United States dollars (USD). The regular price is USD 49. MAVI may offer promotional or launch prices for a limited time, and change or withdraw them at any time without affecting purchases already made.
Payment is one-time and processed through Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the authorized reseller (merchant of record) and payment processor: it collects the payment, issues the receipt and applies the taxes that correspond to your location. By paying, you also accept Lemon Squeezy's terms. MAVI does not receive or store your card details.
Currency conversion and any fees charged by your bank or payment provider are your responsibility.
7. Delivery
Once payment is confirmed, the full audit is enabled in your account. The report is generated when you complete the questionnaire and is available on the platform and as a PDF. Generation takes minutes, but it may vary with system load and source availability.
Each purchase entitles you to one full audit of one business, with a limited number of regenerations shown on the platform.
8. Refunds and right of withdrawal
Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy, which is part of these terms. By requesting the report's generation, you expressly ask for the service to begin immediately; consequently, and under applicable law, the right of withdrawal does not apply once the report has been generated and delivered.
9. Intellectual property
The platform, its code, methodology, evaluation criteria, texts, trademarks and designs belong to MAVI or its licensors and are protected by law. These terms do not transfer any rights over them to you.
MAVI grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the report to manage your own business. You may not resell it or present it as your own service. You keep the rights to the information you provide and authorize MAVI to use it to deliver the Service.
Third-party trademarks and names that appear in the Service (social networks, search engines, payment gateways) belong to their owners. MAVI is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by them.
10. Service availability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". MAVI does not guarantee that it will run without interruptions or errors, and may modify, suspend or discontinue it in whole or in part, for maintenance, for technical reasons or due to decisions by third parties it depends on. If a suspension prevents delivery of a full audit already paid for, the Refund Policy applies.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MAVI is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or loss of revenue, customers, data or opportunities, nor for decisions made based on the report.
In any case, MAVI's total liability to you for any cause related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the audit that gave rise to the claim.
Nothing above limits the non-waivable rights the law grants you as a consumer, or any liability that cannot be legally excluded.
12. Indemnity
You will hold MAVI harmless from third-party claims arising from your use of the Service in breach of these terms or the law, including analyzing businesses or profiles without authorization.
13. Personal data
How your data is processed is described in the Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.
14. Communications and requests
You agree to receive communications about your account and purchases by email. Requests, complaints and claims are submitted to contacto@mavigrowth.com; MAVI will answer them within fifteen (15) business days of receipt.
15. Changes to these terms
MAVI may modify these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page, with its update date. Changes do not affect purchases made before they were published. Using the Service after a change means you accept it.
16. Governing law and dispute resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Before going to any authority, the parties will try to resolve their differences directly for thirty (30) calendar days. If that fails, disputes will be submitted to the competent courts of Medellín, Colombia, without prejudice to the actions the law grants consumers before Colombia's Superintendence of Industry and Commerce (SIC).
If any clause is found invalid, the rest remain in force. MAVI's failure to enforce a clause does not mean it waives it.
